This Powell home was covered in Algae growth and needed to be cleaned so the trim work could be painted. Green Algae was mainly growing on the Northside of the house.
After we applied soap to the home, we pressure washed the soap off leaving a completely clean home.
The north side of the house was beginning to turn green from the algae growth 
Once the vinyl siding was washed with soaps to kill the algae, we rinsed and 100% of all algae is gone
As you can see, black mold was starting to form on the soffit 
Once the home has been treated and washed, the black mold is no longer there
