Powell Home needed pressure washed

The north side of the house was beginning to turn green from the algae growth

Once the vinyl siding was washed with soaps to kill the algae, we rinsed and 100% of all algae is gone

As you can see, black mold was starting to form on the soffit

Once the home has been treated and washed, the black mold is no longer there
